Holly Griffin serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating  Officer of NP Photonics, Inc. Holly also holds the positions of  Secretary and Treasurer on the board of directors.  She has worked in  several capacities at NP over the years from Controller, Chief Financial  Officer and Chief Operating Officer.  Holly has a proven track record of  providing guidance, structure and organization to accounting, finance,  human resources, customer service, facilities, purchasing, materials  management, operations and information technology.  Holly brings over 15  years of years of financial leadership experience in manufacturing and  R&D environments to the team.  Holly is a proud U.S. Army Veteran having  served as an Intelligence Analyst and Signals Analyst for eight years.
